PACKING IN A BIT OF HOLIDAY SHOPPING
H&M has a great range of affordable sunnies, from retro cats eye to rose gold glamour. My favourites are these tortoiseshell polarised glasses at £34.99.
They also have this beautiful navy dress in the sale (sold out online) that I’ll be hunting out in store.
John Lewis always do a good range of well-fitting swimwear and with its sale now on you can pick up a bargain. This one shoulder Whistles swimsuit is perfect for stylish daytime pool lounging, and can even be worn with a maxi skirt for evenings.
I’m also a fan of the bandeau to avoid tan lines, so this ombre swimsuit is perfect, especially with its flattering ruching over the tummy.
The basket bag trend isn’t going away soon and these two are both in the sale, perfect options for day and night.
I like a lightweight maxi for holiday evenings, so I’ll be packing our Watson and White EVERLY maxi dress, perfect with flats for summer nights.
Mango has some pretty footwear for holidays, these fabric mules both caught my eye.
The cover up is a must for lazy lunches, so I’ll be making sure our ELSA beach dress gets a lot of use this year.
Finally Space NK’s travel essentials bag is airport friendly, and they are giving away free samples with purchase – I’ll be stocking up on this face suncream too, which protects your skin against pigmentation marks (one of the lovely perks of passing 40 ladies..!).
